After watching the new video what is your summary?
Feeling alone in this as the forum is quiet and wanted to have converstions about this.
I find It helpful to hear your takes.
Thank you

Hah, I did a quick review of "Video 8: Revisiting "Using the Mind".
I remember, this one cleared up for me my view on the relationship between insights and thoughts (thinking). I'll have to go over the other video again. I'm not sure how to get the conversation rolling, but if you've got some ideas or thoughts about the videos, let's talk about them!

I'll be back tomorrow.

Ah, no, it was both videos which cleared up a few things for me. I also found video 9 very helpful.
There was something that Brett said which I thought sounds good.
"In essence, there are two psychological paradigms: The inside-out paradigm (IOP) and outside-in paradigm (OIP). There's only one mind, and both the IOP and OIP are in the same mind. Two ways of using the same mind, so how you use it – up to you."

Also I really think this observation is fantastic:
"Unconscious thought is conscious thought, appearing as something other."

Anyway, I've gotto go for now!
