you are great I will also rewatch!!Hah, I did a quick review of "Video 8: Revisiting "Using the Mind".
I remember, this one cleared up for me my view on the relationship between insights and thoughts (thinking). I'll have to go over the other video again. I'm not sure how to get the conversation rolling, but if you've got some ideas or thoughts about the videos, let's talk about them!

yes I liked those thoughts as wellAh, no, it was both videos which cleared up a few things for me. I also found video 9 very helpful.
